I had a problem with a rough ride and a service-light on in my 2000 Saturn. Made an inquiry and appointment via their webpage and got a call back in a couple hours to confirm the appointment for the next morning. They found and fixed the rough-ride/service-light problem within the estimated price for the diagnosis alone. Because I was a new customer, they did a complementary full exam of my car and they found a couple of minor leaks that I already knew about. On their recommendation, I got one leak fixed at a cost that was about $300 less than the estimate I got 3 months earlier from a dealer service shop. They put the second leak as a watch-item on their computer record for the car to be checked the next time they might service the car. (Their estimate for fixing the second leak was also significantly less than the estimate I previously got from the dealer.) All diagnostics and repairs were thoroughly and clearly explained. Saturn dealers RIP. You will not be missed.
