Sacramento Cabello - Lead Technician
Meet Sacramento Cabello, lead technician for Allied Auto Works. He joined Allied Auto Works in May 2013 and has been a great addition to the team. His interest in automotive stems all the way back when he was a sophomore in high school and started taking classes offered at school. After graduation, he attended the College of San Mateo (FAA Certified Airframe & Power plant mechanic) and then finished 3 years at Skyline College for Automotive. He received the “Technician of the Year” award and became a full ASE Master Technician when he graduated. Sac has been doing automotive repair now for over 17 years. In 2010 he married and had his first baby, a little girl in 2014. In his spare time, he enjoys sailing, spending time with family, barbequing and baking treats. He also has taken up bike riding to work too. Sac enjoys working in the automotive field because it incorporates both the physical and mental challenge which requires problem-solving skills especially when it comes to diagnosing a car correctly today with all the computer components that make up today’s complex vehicles. “It’s a constantly changing industry that requires ongoing training and learning every day. I enjoy that.” said Sac.
Eric Casillas - Technician
Eric joined Allied Auto Works in March 2017. His interest in cars stems all the way back when he was a boy. His father always worked on his own cars and showed Eric how to fix and repair problems the cars had. Watching his father repair his own vehicles and learning from him, he quickly learned and knew he wanted to follow this path. He attended Wyo-tech and received his education in mechanics while working at Pep Boys as a cashier and entry-level technician. Once finished with schooling, he was eager to move his career along and has loved it ever since. He knows the car industry is always changing and evolving so education never stops. Eric married in the Summer of 2017 to his long time girlfriend. They have two children, ages 7 and 10. Eric’s hobbies are working his own project cars at home on the weekends and going to car shows with the family. They purchased their first home in 2019 and now live Gilroy. Eric is a well-rounded technician and has added his experience and knowledge to the Allied Auto Works Team.
