I had the check engine light on my 2001 BMW 540i. Another shop said I needed a mass airflow sensor. Craig at Allied agreed and offered to first clean my current sensor to see if that would fix the problem. If not then he would not charge me for that work and replace the sensor. In the end the sensor needed to be replaced and the car runs great. I also had the "check coolant level" message on the car. I recently had the coolant flushed at another shop and showed them this light. They said it was a bad sensor and it would cost around $100 to fix. Craig looked at it and said the fluid was a little low. He topped it off and the message on the dashboard is gone. He did not charge me for this (it probable only took him 5-10 minutes to do it plus a little coolant fluid, but other shops would charge).
Extremely helpful, timely, and courteous without being patronizing or condescending.
Staff was very polite. Everything was handled well. One item wasn't done. Called back the next day and they fixed it in 5 minutes while I waited.
This repair shop has superior customer service.I find the staff very courteous and friendly. I also felt that they operate with honesty and integrity. They prioritized all the repairs on my car for me and at reasonable prices. They also arrange drop off and pickup with car rentals service at reasonable rates.
We are planning on moving to Morgan Hill but still plan on finding a way to get up here for you guys. You have been the best, after all I've been going to you for around 20 years. Great, trusted mechanics are hard to come by.
