I live near the AAW on Allied Auto Works Grant Road I had a question about my new/used Mercedes vehicle, so I stopped by, hoping to find out what i was doing wrong to cause the problem. There was only one guy working, but he came out and looked at my car, gave me some helpful tips, and replaced a burnt out headlight there on the spot-no charge. He was kind and patient with my lack of experience with my new-to-me car. In this act he created trust and good will. Next time I have a problem with my car...AAW is the place I will go!

I brought in my Toyota Sienna after Sunnyvale Toyota quoted me $5000 to fix the air conditioning system (diagnosed as intermittent compressor failure). Craig quickly diagnosed an intermittent relay - $150 and it has worked ever since. I couldn't be happier with the work and results.

The service is great the attitude fantastic. A local business that gives good follow up and really pays attention to what I am saying about my car. I highly recommend Allied Auto Works for dependable friendly professional oil changes, tune ups and whatever else your vehicle needs. Plus they are great about giving you a lift after you drop off the car.
