This was my first, but not last visit. All 3 of the fellows I talked to gave me confidence that they were knowledgeable and genuinely conscientious about doing what was best for us and our BMW. We will probably never return to BMW in Mountain View unless we get the urge to deal with corporate robots who are programmed to milk wallets for all they are worth.

My battery was not working properly and I had a trip coming up. They were able to see my car right away and the service was great and honest.
