Excellent service. Love the fact that you examine rest of the car to discover other areas that need attention. Most repair shops do the one thing I asked and don't bother to look into rest of the car. What a great service that is to the customer. Please do not ever stop doing that :-)

Clear diagnosis on initial problem that did not require immediate attention. And they found another problem that did require attention. Repaired quickly and they were very courteous.

I am very well satisfied with the professionalism of Travis and staff. I had a couple minor issues in the past such as a light coming on and Travis had checked the tires etc. and never charged me. I vowed that for the 30,00 mile check I would go to them instead of the dealership. Thank you

Good group of folks work at Allied Auto Works

Had a great first experience with the guys at Allied! I mostly worked with Travis on the phone. He updated me quickly and efficiently at each step in the process. In addition, I appreciated that he was able to honestly prioritize the essential services over the elective services. Finally, when I picked up my vehicle, Brian took the time to thoroughly explain everything that was done to the vehicle. Overall, this was a great experience and I will definitely recommend these guys in the future.

Just leave it to an ancient Volvo to leave me stranded TWICE by not starting. Once in Felton, once in Mt View. Then, I take it to Allied and of course it started up every single time for them. Finally, it did fail and it could be determined that it was, in fact, the starter and could be replaced. They suggested also a new battery, and I have not had a moment's trouble since. I am very grateful for the patience and understanding of the Allied staff in dealing with this very obstinate car.
