Brought in my Porsche Boxster for periodic oil change and was informed that the vehicle required new spark plugs and preventive vehicle maintenance. 1. The first thing that I like is their willingness to give me a ride home while they worked on my car. 2. Next, I appreciate their respect for my time. Their service was efficient and complete. 3. I like that they gave me recommendations of other services that should be addressed but gave me a prioritized timeline of when I should have them done. I didn't feel pressure to do MORE to my car right now (no hard sell). 4. I feel they price fairly. I will continue to bring my cars in for service.
