1st time at the shop, excellent service!

Had to find a new place to service my Buick, as the Buick agency in Sunnyvale has closed. I chose Allied because they did work for me on another car years ago, and have also done work for my daughter. They proved once again that they are reliable, honest, competent and very helpful. They are now my first choice for auto service.

Great service in repairing my car that was towed to this shop. My car was checked out, repaired and ready the next day. I will recommend this shop. Thank you for making a stressful situation easier with knowledgeable mechanics and prompt service. I can drive home to Stockton with confidence.

We drive all the way to Allied from Palo Alto because they always provide excellent service and most importantly, we value their honesty - when they tell us something needs to be done to the car we never worry that they are trying to sell us services we don't really need.

I was looking for a new repair facility for my vehicles. I pulled into Allied Auto to talk about my problem with my F150. They were very knowledgeable about the existing problem that my model has. Told them I needed to be able to trust a facility, being I have worked with cars and trucks all my life. They told me what was needed and I told them to go ahead. Truck done on time an d fair price will be bringing all my other cars for work when they need it

I had called earlier to learn if I could bring my 2011 Toyota Prius in to have a burned out headlight replaced. Matt replied that I could simply drive in and they would take care of it without an appointment. I did so yesterday and true to Matt's word, either he or Travis replaced it in less than 10 minutes. I asked how much I owed for his time, and all he wanted was payment for the light bulb. It's extremely rare that any business provides a customer with any prompt and friendly service for free. What a great group to work with.

Have been going to Allied Auto Works for a year now. They are excellent! Easy to schedule appointment, courteous to their customers, honest, dependable. Service is outstanding, repair work top notch, prices are cheaper than dealer. Love this place!
