Los Altos Auto Repair

The team is always so friendly and helpful. Being able to review the maintenance recommendations online and message the team in real time is amazing and makes getting work done a lot easier and quicker. The work is always done really fast and done right. Highly recommend.

Did as expected except the parking brakes, seems the same and no change at all. Other than that seems ok but must wait for couple of runs still.

I'm glad to have found a solid, competent, honest repair shop in the area. They are always willing to explain the details of an issue, and I really like the online access to diagnosis/estimate.

Allied Auto Works are the most competent mechanics I’ve ever found, in my 40+ years of driving. They always get to the root cause of your problems, and implement the best corrective (and often preventative) actions. They provide a friendly and professional service, and customers leave with confidence, in their vehicle’s performance.

Friendly and helpful service. Even gave me a ride home!

Allied is responsible, reliable and does quality mechanical work. I am a customer and will continue to return for my automotive service need.

Last visit was a normal 5,000 mile service. As usual Allied was very thorough in their inspection and documentation of my vehicle noting items of potential problems as it has over 130,000 miles on it. Service techs are professionals and customer service is No. one.
