Los Altos Auto Repair

First time here, so far everything was great, very friendly staff, detailed explanation of work that was done and fair prices. I will bring my car here for next service.

Very friendly and professional staff that tell you up front what the costs will be and that finish the work in a timely fashion.

Friendly helpful staff. Explained work needed well before proceeding with repairs. Also let me know which work could wait. Thorough assessment. Impressed with customer service!

Good Shop! I had major repairs on my audi done here. Upfront /professional and take extra care to ensure you are satisfied with the repairs. they are not cheap/ but the ability to be transparent upfront on labor+ materials costs helps.

The oil change includes the through maintenance service. My impression was that they don’t cut corners from the explanation to the service itself. And they are upfront about the cost.Very reliable established place!! Greatly recommended.

Excellent service.
