After driving by Allied Auto Works for years, in the past couple of months, I have taken each of my 2 cars in for service. One of the cars had sat idle in my driveway for 2 years with a dead battery. In each case, I was completely satisfied with the result. I wonder why it took me so long to start using this wonderful, local resource.

Matt Ahern the service manager was friendly and professional. I recognized him at the time of my appointment as I knew him from his prior employer. Work was done in a timely manner; and was the price quoted over the phone. I also talked with the mechanic who worked on my car. He was friendly and knowledgeable about my car (Saab). Where some mechanics tend to shy away from them as they're not familiar with them. I would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family.

They totally helped me out of a tight situation. I brought my car to them and they gave me a quote the same day. I had it serviced the very next day. Great customer service and they always remember me and the work they did on my car.

I am going to keep this simple and to the point. Brett and team are great and they worked me in when I really needed it. My Passat was not having a good day at all! They gave me an estimate which matched the final bill! TWO THUMBS UP! It was great to pick up my repaired car, running smoothly and washed as well!Thank you and I will be back for my next scheduled maintenance.

Great service and awesome customer care. I've had an other long-time mechanic for almost 20 years service all my cars. Now that he's retiring, I'm thankful to have found a service shop I would say is better than my former mechanic. Allied offers great service and reasonable rates for BMW work. They may not be a dealership, but I would put their service standard above the local BMW dealerships any day.
