The service I received on Jan. 20 was exceptional. My problem with my CVR was minor but the people at AAA made a prompt check and went into a detailed explanation of it. This does not always happen at other auto service firms.

It seems everything went well except, no one adjust the tire pressure sensor at the end after the tire rotation. In addition, the porsche computer reset is still not available at the station.

The whole team is wonderful. Matt, the manager, took the time to call us multiple times with updates on our car. When they found an additional issue on the car they didn't just provide us with the dealer priced part, but did the research and found an after-market alternative to save us money. For the first time in my life I feel that I have found a trustworthy mechanic! Oh and they even offered to drive us home while our vehicle was being serviced, at no charge! THANK YOU ALLIED AUTO WORKS! God bless you all!
